Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant at Florida Property Team (FPT), you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude will contribute to our mission of excellence in construction and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.

  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming phone calls.

  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
